The Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about design and eager to make an impact. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality ad creatives and marketing assets—both for Socioh’s internal campaigns and for our clients (primarily based in the US).

What You'll Do:

-- Design compelling ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram

-- Create marketing assets such as banners, social media graphics, advertising collateral, blog images, website assets, mockups, etc

-- Work closely with our success, production, and client teams to meet creative goals

-- Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution

-- Ensure consistency with Socioh’s and client’s brand and visual identity

What We Are Looking For:

-- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or similar field

-- 3-5 years of professional Graphic Design experience (preferably in digital marketing or advertising)

-- Excellent typography skills

-- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, especially for social media

-- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma or equivalent tools

-- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines

-- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

-- Good communication skills and openness to feedback

-- Strong work ethic and adherence to tight deadlines

Nice to Have:

-- Motion design/video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterEffects)

-- Knowledge of UI Design

-- Familiarity with performance marketing or social media advertising
