Responsibilities

Product Development & Operations

• Coordinate fabrication

• Prepare costing sheets and production trackers.

• Coordinate with craftsmen, vendors and fabricators.

• Follow up on timelines, samples and quality control.

Packaging & Design

• Coordinate prototyping and production with packaging vendors.

Creative Production

• Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Create artistic content for social media between major collection launches.

• Assist with presentation decks, marketing collateral and studio documentation.

Studio Coordination

• Work closely with the founder as a design and operations partner.

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Is comfortable speaking with vendors and craftspeople.

• Has strong aesthetic sensibilities.

• Enjoys solving practical production challenges.

• Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.

• Wants to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Product Design / Industrial Design / Architecture / Interior Design background.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Rhino, Fusion 360 or similar 3D software (preferred, not mandatory).

• Experience preparing technical drawings or production documents.

• Packaging design experience is a plus.

• Photography, videography or social media storytelling skills are a bonus.
