As the Studio Manager at Zexon’s Studio, you'll lead the day-to-day coordination of our design team—overseeing active projects, managing deadlines, and ensuring smooth collaboration. You’ll assign tasks based on team availability, maintain project trackers, and support quality control through each stage. Your role will include resolving team issues, updating the founder on progress, and occasionally communicating with clients regarding timelines or deliverables. You’ll also assist in scaling the team by coordinating with freelancers or new applicants.
