We are hiring a Toy & Game Designer to lead our product design function and manage a small team of 3D designers. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving new product development across toys, games, and early-learning products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end concept development for toys and games

Manage and mentor 3D designers; provide creative and technical direction

Conduct research on user behaviour, industry trends, and competitive products

Oversee prototyping, testing, refinement, and documentation

Collaborate with manufacturing teams across plastics, moulding, paper/board, and packaging

Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and maintain project documentation

A.) Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product / toy / game design

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and user-centric design

• Understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and child-centric design principles

• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to convert insights into manufacturable, market-ready products
