Looking to hire a Product Design (UI/UX) intern at Paradigm.

What does Paradigm do?

•⁠ ⁠We are a sport AI analysis company that understands a player’s tactical and technical errors and explains them like how a coach would.

•⁠ ⁠No, we are not another AI wrapper. We have been building and training our own data models, and we are already working with some of the top players in the world.

•⁠ ⁠We have solved for the most difficult sport to track (badminton) and will soon expand into other racket sports.

Who we are looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Someone who can take full end-to-end ownership of tasks.

•⁠ ⁠Understands the UX design research process and analysing data to create meaningful experiences.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of AI and how to prompt.

•⁠ ⁠Strong Figma skills with an understanding of task execution using design systems.

•⁠ ⁠Some experience or interest in doing graphic or motion work.

•⁠ ⁠Bonus points if you have experience with Claude Code and Adobe Creative Suite.

•⁠ ⁠Some understanding of how front-end is developed.

Work from Office: Indiranagar, Bangalore | Full Time

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Internship Stipend: ₹30–35k per month

We are also hoping you would be open to a full-time role after the internship, as we need people who believe in our vision.
