Now, we’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who not only designs beautifully but also uplifts others by mentoring junior designers and interns along the way.

Who We’re Looking For

A mature and imaginative designer who knows how to balance creativity with structure. You’ll take the lead on design projects, guide interns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment and love mentoring as much as designing — we’re excited to meet you!

Your Superpowers (aka Responsibilities)

• Lead the design process — from ideation to final UI — across web and mobile platforms

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes

• Conduct UX research and apply insights into designs that are functional and delightful

• Collaborate with developers, content teams, and PMs to bring concepts to execution

• Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems and style guides

• Use Figma confidently to manage files, components, and share assets

• Mentor and guide 1–2 design interns, review their work, and help them grow

• Work on real-world, industrial design projects — across diverse sectors and impactful products

• Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and creative workflows

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5 years of solid UI/UX design experience (preferably in a design studio or agency)

• A strong portfolio that shows both strategic UX thinking and polished UI execution

• Experience designing for both mobile and web, with attention to responsive behavior

• Great communication skills — you're comfortable explaining your work and giving feedback

• Leadership qualities: you're self-driven, dependable, and capable of mentoring junior talent

• Strong command of Figma, plus bonus tools like Adobe Suite, AI tools etc.

• An eye for detail, a love for systems, and a passion for user-first design
