This role exists to bring in senior-level UI/Product design expertise on a flexible basis. Someone who can plug into our process, elevate design quality, and help ship exceptional B2B websites alongside our core team.

Your Mission

As a Freelance Sr. UI / Product Designer, you’ll work closely with our internal design, strategy, and development teams to craft intuitive, conversion-driven web experiences.

You’ll take ownership of design execution on assigned projects, from wireframes to high-fidelity screens, while collaborating closely to ensure strategic clarity, visual consistency, and smooth handoffs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpret and execute website strategy developed by the copywriting and strategy teams, translating it into strong UX-led wireframes.

• Apply best UX practices by understanding market research, user pain points, and areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with designers, strategists, client teams, and developers to deliver projects efficiently.

• Join client calls when required to walk through wireframes, design rationale, and iterations.

• Use Figma comfortably for wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems.

• Adapt and scale visual styles across multiple web pages while maintaining consistency with the established stylescape.

• Create and follow lightweight style guides to ensure alignment from wireframes to final designs.

• Use Auto Layout and maintain developer-friendly layer structures for smooth design handovers.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in UI, UX, or Product Design.

• Strong experience designing websites for B2B companies.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with distributed teams.

• Proficient in Auto Layout and clean, developer-friendly Figma files.

• Strong visual sensibility, with attention to motion and micro-interactions.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Webflow is a plus.
