What you’ll do

• Lead UI/UX for SaaS, Web3, and AI product engagements—research → flows → hi-fi → prototypes → handoff.

• Produce fast, testable product flows and clickable prototypes under short cycles.

• Mentor and grow a small team of designers; run reviews, 1:1s, and hiring support.

• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.

• Use AI tools and plugins to speed ideation, generate variants, and automate repetitive work.

• Work with founders, PMs and engineers to translate business goals into UX outcomes.

• Run basic usability tests and post-ship audits tied to product metrics (activation, retention, conversion).

• Ensure deadline discipline, clear client and stakeholder communication, and predictable delivery.

• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends (Web3 dApp patterns, AI UX, dashboards, motion, accessibility) and apply them pragmatically.

Must-haves (non-negotiables)

• 3+ years of product design experience with proven SaaS product shipping (end-to-end case study required).

• 1+ years leading or mentoring other designers (team lead or design lead experience).

• Strong product sense & analytical thinking - can create flows and reason about metrics quickly.

• Excellent written & verbal communication - client calls, stakeholder alignment, and design narratives.

• Expert in Figma (design systems, variants, prototyping) and prototyping tools.

• Proven experience using AI-powered design tools/workflows (AI prototyping, generative variants, and design ops automation).

• A portfolio that includes at least one shipped SaaS product case study.

• Comfortable working with ambiguous briefs, tight timelines, and iterative processes.

• Commitment to deadlines and reliable stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Web3 dApp UX (wallet flows, tx confirmations).

• Designing AI experiences (prompting UIs, feedback loops).

• Motion/micro-interaction design.

• Frontend familiarity (React/CSS) or experience working closely with engineers.

• Experience with product analytics/DesignOps.
