Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our creative and product development teams. This role requires a blend of user interface design expertise and strong graphic design skills to deliver compelling and functional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both user experience and visual storytelling, with at least 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance functionality and usability.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Design and produce engaging visual assets for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, infographics, presentations, and more.

• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure consistent and cohesive design implementation.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across platforms.

• Incorporate feedback and refine designs while meeting project timelines.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in both UI/UX and graphic design.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work across multiple media.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

• Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus. (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Familiarity with print production and brand identity creation.

• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
