UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you’ll design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web, mobile, and SaaS platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces that align with business objectives.

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma & FigJam.

• Ensure design consistency across platforms (web, mobile, SaaS).

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain design documentation, specifications, and user journey maps.

• Apply modern UI/UX trends and best practices in all projects.

• Participate in brainstorming, feedback, and design sprint sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• Strong portfolio with demonstrated work on web, mobile, and SaaS platforms.

• Advanced Figma skills (FigJam experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Familiarity with WordPress & Elementor (added advantage).

• Solid understanding of prototyping, user flows, and information architecture.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

• Bonus: Experience in hackathons or design sprints.
