The Opportunity:
As a UX Designer at ASUS, you will help shape the next generation of computing experiences and cutting-edge Al-powered products. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives -transforming complex user needs, hardware constraints, and emerging Al capabilities into intuitive and high-impact digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Design Ownership: Drive the full design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring cohesive, user-centered experiences across apps, platforms, and devices.
Research & Synthesis: Partner with researchers to translate user insights, market analysis, and behavioral data into clear design directions and opportunities.
Rapid Iteration & Validation: Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. Use testing, user feedback, and data to iterate quickly and validate design decisions.
Al & Future Experience Exploration: Design and prototype Al-enhanced interactions, quickly exploring and integrating new Al ideas to improve workflow or product experience. Global Collaboration: Work with designers, engineering, and business stakeholders across Singapore, Taipei, and
Shanghai to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Design System Adherence: Apply and evolve ASUS's design system to maintain consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products and features.
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role and/or from the relevant industry is preferred Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and problem-solving in complex or emerging technology contexts
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, ProtoPie, or similar)
Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction
patterns, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) Interest or experience in designing Al-driven experiences Excellent communication, teamwork, and storytelling skills, especially in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus
