The Opportunity:
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user research, wireframing, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency in design systems and brand guidelines
Improve user experience based on data and insights
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
Good to Have
Experience with design systems
Knowledge of interaction design and animations
Experience in Trading / Financial domain (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
