Millennial Labs builds bold brand stories for startups and scale-ups across the globe. Our in-house films, ads, and social content need kinetic energy, clean design, and razor-sharp edits.

What you’ll make, do, and use:

- Craft short-form ads, reels, explainers, and launch films from concept to final export

- Design motion graphics packages (titles, lower thirds, infographics, kinetic type) that elevate our brand aesthetic

- Cut footage into tight story arcs, add sound design, mix music, and grade for a cinematic finish

- Manage project files, version control, and templates to keep the post-production pipeline running smoothly

Skills & experience you bring:

- 2-4 years editing and animating in a fast-paced agency or studio

- Expert in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve)

- Solid grasp of typography, layout, and color theory

- Familiar with 3D or cel animation workflows (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a added advantage

- Portfolio that proves you can blend storytelling with high-impact motion design
