About the Role

Tova Haus is looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can move fluidly between the camera, the edit suite, and the design canvas. You'll be creating content across our client and studio projects - from social media reels to brand collateral - handling everything from shoot day to final export to polished graphics.

What You'll Do

Video

• Shoot video content on-location and in-studio (product shoots, reels, brand films, event/photowalk coverage)

• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos (Instagram, YouTube, client decks/presentations)

• Handle basic motion graphics, transitions, and lower-thirds for video content

Graphic Design

• Design social media creatives, posters, brochures, and digital assets across client brands

• Create presentation decks, event collateral, and branded templates

• Design thumbnails, carousel posts, and other platform-specific graphic formats

• Ensure all visual output aligns with each client's brand guidelines and voice

General

• Collaborate with the strategy and design team from brief to final delivery

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across our client roster, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

• Organize and archive raw footage, design files, and assets systematically

• Stay on top of trends in short-form video, design styles, and platform formats

What We're Looking For

• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, shooting, and graphic design (agency, freelance, or in-house)

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

• Strong working knowledge of Canva; proficiency in Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus

• Comfortable operating a camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and basic lighting/audio setup for shoots

• A strong eye for pacing, color, composition, typography, and visual storytelling

• Ability to take a brief and run with it - from concept to final delivery

• Bonus: experience with After Effects or content calendars for social media
