About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor with around ~3 years of experience in crafting high-paced, modern event films and cinematic recaps. You should have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm turning raw footage into engaging, emotionally resonant pieces. You’ll work closely with our creative team to edit videos for events, campaigns, and brand stories that feel fresh, polished, and on-trend.

What You’ll Do

• Edit event films, brand videos, and campaign content with a cinematic, modern style

• Work with footage from live events to create compelling recaps that feel more like films than traditional coverage

• Collaborate with directors, producers, and designers to ensure cohesive storytelling

• Select the best takes, organize media, and maintain smooth project workflows

• Experiment with transitions, effects, and editing styles to keep pushing creative boundaries

• Deliver final outputs optimised for multiple platforms (social, web, presentations)

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro + After Effects

• ~2 years of professional video editing experience

• Understanding of color grading and audio syncing

• Strong portfolio of cinematic event recaps, brand films, or high-energy edits

• Good grasp of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling

• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a feedback-driven team

• Bonus: Experience with editing for Web3, tech, or creative campaigns

Work Hours

• Remote work

• Core team syncs: 11 AM IST and 7 PM IST | Monday-Saturday

• We value efficiency — finish work smartly and on time, no late nights required.

• DaVinci Resolve (for grading)

• Notion, Frame.io, Google Drive
