Someone who can take a good idea, add their own creative value to it, and turn it into something people genuinely want to watch.

• Social-First Mindset — Know what works on platforms like Instagram and understand what makes content engaging.

• Attention to Detail — Care about the little things, from the first frame to the final cut.

• Thinks Beyond the Brief — Don’t just execute what’s given to you. Question it, improve it, and bring your own perspective.

• Owns the Work — Treat every reel like it’s your own and always look for ways to make it better.
