We're Hiring: Video Editor (Fresher)

Good Earth is building sustainable communities rooted in design, sustainability, and holistic living. We're looking for a passionate Video Editor to help bring our philosophy to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital platforms.

What you'll do:

🎬 Edit raw footage from site visits, project walkthroughs, campaign shoots, and events into engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms

📱 Create Reels, Stories, social videos, and longer brand and campaign films

🎨 Add motion text, captions, transitions, and simple graphic elements to enhance storytelling, with occasional support for basic social media creatives

🎧 Sync audio, music, and sound effects while maintaining strong pacing and narrative flow

🤝 Collaborate with the marketing, architecture, and design teams to translate project stories into engaging video content

📂 Organize footage, project files, and media libraries while staying up to date with video trends and social formats

Who you are:

• A fresh graduate (Film, Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field) or self-taught with a strong portfolio

• Passionate about video editing and visual storytelling

• Interested in architecture, sustainability, and design-led storytelling

• Familiar with basic visual design principles and comfortable creating simple graphics when needed

• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru

Skills & Software:

• DaVinci Resolve (required)

• Instagram Edits app

• Basic color grading, audio editing, and video optimization for social platforms

• Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or Canva for simple graphics and thumbnails

• After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus, but not mandatory
