The Opportunity:
What You’ll Do
Create & Innovate: Craft high-impact video edits with sharp pacing and strong audience sensibilities.
Trend-Set: Experiment with transitions, hooks, and digital trends suited for platforms like YouTube and Instagram Reels
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain visual cohesion, brand tone, and aesthetic identity across all video outputs.
Integrate AI: Use Gen-AI tools for workflows and post-production enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience in After Effects (motion graphics/animation).
Post-Production Skills: Comfortable with color grading, audio editing, and delivering across multiple formats/platforms.
Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong execution, deadline discipline, and a collaborative working style.
Bonus: Gen-AI video capabilities (e.g., Higgsfield or similar tools) are a big plus.
