The Opportunity:
Video Editor – Runway Avenue
Edit 6–60 sec TikTok, Reels, and Shorts using L/J-cuts, match cuts, speed ramping, and motion tracking. Add B-roll, kinetic typography, and animated text. Color grade for mood, audio duck for clarity, and sync cuts to beats/trending sounds. Follow pacing principles (hook in 3s, tight middle, visual payoff). Work on product stories, cultural moments, and brand narratives with the creative team. Proficiency in Premiere Pro/After Effects, strong storytelling, and awareness of Gen Z trends required.
