The Opportunity:
We are looking for a full time Short-form Video Editor only at Pune & Delhi NCR (on site) to turn our long videos into high-performing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities:
Cut long videos into 15-60 sec clips for Reels & Shorts.
Add captions, headlines, emojis, and simple effects.
Edit in 9:16 vertical, with clean framing and quick cuts.
Follow trends and best practices for Reels/Shorts.
Maintain consistent style and deliver multiple clips Daily.
Requirements
Strong Premiere Pro skills.
Proven Reels/Shorts (portfolio links).
Sense of trends, memes, and attention-grabbing hooks.
Strong in using AI-powered tools for editing and content repurposing.
