Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Junior Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for client projects and internal initiatives. Based onsite in Lucknow, this role is perfect for candidates passionate about video editing and storytelling, eager to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including promotional content, social media videos, and corporate videos.

- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver visually compelling content.

- Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.

- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

- Perform basic color correction, audio mixing, and transitions for seamless outputs.

- Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently.

- Stay updated with video editing trends and tools.

- Support senior editors with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Studies, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 1-2 years of video editing experience (internships or freelance work acceptable).

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar for motion graphics is a plus.

- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow for onsite work.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

- Experience creating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).

- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
