Zerocircle is a material science company with one mission: to remove microplastics from everyday products. Our scientists create packaging materials from seaweed and other plant polymers, together known as natural polymers. Our clients are food, fashion and CPG brands across India, Europe, the Middle East and North America and there is always something here worth capturing: a new material being tested, a product being developed, a founder explaining an idea, a collaboration coming to life.

We are hiring for a Video Editor who can take this footage and turn it into something people don't skip.

What You'll Be Working On

• Short-form: Reels and social-first videos for LinkedIn and Instagram, with real attention to hooks, pacing and retention.

• Product and technology: Showing what our materials actually do, through demonstrations, experiments and explainers.

• Founder and talking-head content: Turning long recordings into concise, natural edits that don't feel over-produced.

• Brand and campaigns: Editing larger creative ideas into films with a clear beginning, middle and end.

• Everything in between: Events, collaborations, behind-the-scenes, customer stories, and the occasional piece of phone footage that somehow needs to become a video by tomorrow.

What You'll Own

Zerocircle's video style is not fixed yet. You will not be following a template someone else set. You will be helping decide how our videos look, sound and move, and that will hold across everything we publish.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of professional video editing experience

• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro

• Working knowledge of After Effects

• Strong instincts around pacing, sequencing and visual storytelling

• Good command of music and sound design

• Basic motion graphics and text animation

• An understanding of how an edit has to change across social formats

• The ability to take a rough brief and rough footage and work out the best edit yourself

How We Work

We are a startup, so the pace shifts. There will be weeks with a lot happening. But we don't want urgent to become the default setting. You will get clear priorities and deadlines, and the room to make your own calls inside them.
