The Role
We’re hiring a Videographer who understands storytelling, visual communication, and content production, and can translate architectural ideas and project narratives into engaging video content across social media and digital platforms.
This role combines shooting and editing to bring ideas to life through motion.
You’ll shape how KlimArt communicates through video, making complex ideas clear, engaging, and credible, while supporting authority-building and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Video Content Production (Shoot + Edit)
Plan and shoot in-house video content:
Founder/leadership talking videos
Office/process content
Basic project/site footage (where required)
Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio
Edit short-form videos (30–90 sec) for:
LinkedIn
Instagram (Reels)
Storytelling & Narrative Execution
Turn provided scripts and briefs into engaging video narratives
Structure videos clearly:
Hook → context → insight → outcome
Ensure content is easy to understand, even for non-architect audiences
Project & Design Communication
Create videos using:
Renders
Drawings
Site photos/videos
Translate architectural thinking into clear visual explanations
Highlight:
Constraints → approach → outcomes
Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement
Add clean text overlays, captions, and motion graphics
Use animation to clarify ideas, not over-decorate
Maintain a minimal, premium, non-cluttered style
Long-form & YouTube Content (Secondary)
Edit longer videos (project stories, walkthroughs etc)
Structure for engagement and retention
Repurpose long-form content into short clips
Asset Management & Workflow
Maintain organized video files, raw footage, and exports
Follow workflow: brief → shoot → draft → review → final → archive
Coordinate with:
Social Media Manager (story + script)
Graphic Designer (visual consistency)
3D visualizers (source assets)
Required Skills
Ability to shoot and edit video content independently
Strong understanding of:
Framing, lighting, and basic audio setup
Editing rhythm and storytelling
Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
After Effects (basic motion graphics)
Experience with camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless preferred)
Understanding of platform formats (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Good to Have
Exposure to architecture / real estate / design content
Basic color grading and sound design skills
Ability to guide non-professional speakers on camera
