About the Role

Studio 4by5 is looking for a Visual Design Intern who lives for high-fidelity aesthetics. We are a visual-first agency, and this role is dedicated to the "craft" of design. You will be responsible for creating high-impact brand touchpoints that live across social media, email marketing, and web interfaces.

Important Note: This is not a UI UX position. While you will work on website layouts, the focus is 90% on visual execution, typography, and brand consistency rather than user flows and research.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design: Conceptualize and design scroll-stopping Instagram creatives, carousels, and stories that align with client brand identities.

Marketing Collateral: Create high-conversion emailer designs and website pop-ups that balance aesthetics with clear calls to action.

Web UI: Assist in designing visually stunning website interfaces and landing pages in Figma.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets across different platforms maintain a cohesive visual language and high level of polish.

What We’re Looking For

A Killer Portfolio: You must have a portfolio that showcases a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and modern layout design.

Figma Mastery: You should be fast and organized in Figma. Knowledge of auto-layout, variants, and styles is non-negotiable.

Visual-First Mindset: An obsession with details, from kerning to pixel-perfect alignment.

Self-Starter: Since this is a remote role, you should be able to manage your time and take ownership of your tasks.

Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Framer (building/publishing) or After Effects (motion graphics) will put you at the top of our list.

Requirements

Availability to work remotely for 40 hours a week.

A stable internet connection and a machine capable of handling heavy Figma files.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team via Meet.
