Visual Designer / Graphic Designer 

IFP Design IPs for brands, community, culture & festivals. We’re looking for a Visual Storyteller who can translate ideas into bold, culture-led visuals across brands, communities, and festivals.

Role and Responsibilities:

Visual systems and assets for brands, festivals, community IPs, and campaigns

Create layouts, key visuals, social content, pitch decks, and event collaterals

Collaborate closely with content, brand solutions, marketing, and production teams

Maintain strong visual consistency while adapting designs across platforms

Contribute creatively to IP development and storytelling

Skills Required:

professionally equipped with Adobe Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop are a must)

Has 3-4 years of experience designing for brands, experiences, or culture-led projects Understands how design shows up across digital, on-ground, and campaign ecosystems Can balance concept + execution in a fast-moving creative environment

Bonus (nice to have):

Working knowledge of Figma and/or 3D software

Exposure to motion, spatial, or experiential design
