Design performance-driven Meta ad creatives, build campaign visual systems for product launch, and optimise storefront (Amazon, Myntra) visuals including homepage banners, collection headers, and PDP graphics to improve clarity and conversion. Your work will focus on brand-consistent visuals that communicate product value clearly and perform well across small screens. Each category (sneakers, apparel & accessories) can have its own taste but somewhere fallen into the bigger brand umbrella aesthetics.

Ludic is a footwear-first lifestyle brand. We build products from scratch, with a lot of care & patience. We use design thinking as a tool to elevate the user experience right from our website to unboxing to other business ops.

You will work across performance, campaigns, and ecommerce touchpoints, owning the visual execution from ad to storefront. This includes designing Meta ad creatives that are built to perform—strong first frames, and iterations based on performance feedback. You will develop campaign and launch visuals that translate product stories into cohesive graphic systems across ads, social posts, and launch assets.

You will also be responsible for marketplace storefront optimisation, designing homepage banners, collection headers, and PDP visuals that clearly communicate product features, materials, comfort, and use-cases. Your role is to make products easier to understand and more compelling to buy empathising with a wider audience. This is usually where we tweak the branding a lot more than what we'd actually like - but hey, this is a business afterall.

Throughout your work, you will observe, understand and evolve Ludic’s visual language. We are a young, small team so you will work closely with the founders to growth teams & other fellow designers. We give a lot of brownie points for up-skilling during your time with us.
