The Opportunity
Every brand has access to the same AI tools now. That stopped being an advantage the day everyone got it. What's left — what actually moves a stranger to stop scrolling, comment, screenshot, or buy — is honest storytelling and a visual identity nobody else could have made.
That's the job. Not "post daily." Not "make it look nice." You own why someone who's never heard of Juggerknot stops on our page, and why they come back.
Ask yourself, as a customer, scrolling your own feed: what makes you actually engage with a brand page instead of just looking? That instinct is the job description.
Non-Negotiables
*You design, and you execute. This is not a "direct others" role. You open the tools and make the work yourself — Photoshop, Illustrator, whatever the asset needs. If you can't sit down and produce a finished, polished design end-to-end, this isn't your role.
*You own Meta Ads visual/video design language. Every ad creative — static or video — carries a visual system you've defined: pacing, hooks, thumb-stop framing, brand consistency across dozens of variations. You think in volume and in performance, not just in "does this look good."
*You approve the final script before anything is shot or produced, and you decide what the visual treatment should be — framing, styling, edit pace, on-screen text. If a video doesn't work, it's because the script-to-visual call was wrong, and that call is yours to own and improve.
You will also own
Visual identity across the brand — Juggerknot's look, feel, and voice, end to end
Social media strategy and execution — not just content calendars, the actual thinking behind what gets made and why
Storytelling that's ours — real product, real people, real Tiruppur manufacturing story, not stock-feeling AI output
The line between "technically fine" and "people actually stopped for this" — you decide which side something falls on
What this is not
Not a content factory. We're not interested in volume for its own sake.
Not "generate on AI, upload, move on." If that's the workflow, this isn't the role.
Not a follow-the-brief job, and not a hands-off creative director role either — you make, not just decide.
Skills — beyond the usual design toolkit
Gen AI fluency is assumed, not impressive. Everyone has it. What we're hiring for is what you do that AI can't: real narrative instinct, a point of view, taste
Hands-on mastery of design execution tools — not "familiar with," actually fast and good
Working understanding of Meta Ads creative strategy — hooks, retention, thumb-stop moments, creative testing at volume
You can tell a true story well — about a product, a factory, a person, a moment — without it feeling like marketing copy
You understand what makes someone engage (comment, share, save) versus what makes them scroll past politely
Comfortable building and running a content system, not just one-off posts
Bonus: you've grown a page, channel, or brand presence yourself and can show what worked and why
How we work
We're a lean team and we intend to stay that way. That means real ownership, real freedom to try things and fail, and real accountability for getting better. No layers between your idea and it going live. No hiding behind "the AI made it." You're expected to be the best at this — not the busiest.
