Visual Designer

We’re looking for a Visual Designer to design Polite Society’s visual world across social media and product touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, campaign cuts, BTS)

• Retouch and edit photos for social media and website

• Design graphics for Instagram (posts, stories, launches) and Website assets

• Product-related elements (t-shirts, tags, inserts, packaging)

• Maintain visual consistency across all outputs

• Work closely with the founder to translate references into final outputs

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in design/content

• Are comfortable with: Photoshop / Illustrator, basic video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut — any is fine)

• Understand fashion, culture, and visual storytelling

• Have a strong sense of composition, typography, and color

• Pay attention to detail — especially finish, texture, and alignment

• Are open to feedback
