Requirements

• 1+ years of working experience in visual design, preferably in a fintech or product-focused environment.

• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy and other details.

• Good hand in infographics, especially technical graphs and tables.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Rive is a bonus).

• Must have explored few generative AI tools for visuals, especially ChatGPT and Gemini.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Eagerness to learn, explore new techniques, and experiment with creative workflows and tools.
