This role involves creating key visual assets for both ABCD’s internal brand and IEC & training material

design for our external partner engagements with leading NGOs and philanthropies in India. You will own

the visual design process from ideation to delivery for:

● Internal Communications: Short-form graphics and assets for our LinkedIn and social media

channels.

● Client IEC Campaigns: Visuals for Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials

used in large-scale social impact campaigns.

● Frontline Training Materials: High-quality presentations, images, and tools used to train

frontline health and community workers (e.g., nurses, ASHA workers, agriculture extension

workers).

● AI-Assisted Video & Assets: Designing videos and graphics utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to drive

impactful behavior change campaigns.
