About Studio Ferment

Studio Ferment crafts immersive, interactive, and collaborative spatial experiences—bringing stories to life through design. An offshoot of the Fuel India universe, we focus on exhibitions, cultural platforms, brand environments, and experiential narratives.

The Role

We’re looking for a Visual Experience Designer to help shape how stories are experienced across exhibitions, cultural projects, brand environments, and live events.
You’ll develop visual languages, identities, exhibition graphics, communication, and storytelling systems that extend beyond the page and into space—taking your work from concept to execution.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, with an interest in exhibitions, storytelling, identities, and experiences.

• Strong in Adobe Creative Suite; visualisation tools are a plus.

• Curious, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with making.

• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across teams and formats.

Playful in process, serious about craft, and excited to experiment and find joy in making.
