Web Designer (UI / Digital Experiences)

This is BAD! is a multidisciplinary design studio, based in New Delhi, delivering work across industrial design, branding, digital, and visual communication for global clients in biotech, hospitality, e-commerce, tech, and construction.

What you’ll do

• Design modern, high-quality websites across multiple client projects.

• Create well-structured Figma files using Auto Layout and best practices for developer handoff.

• Design dynamic interfaces with thoughtful animations and micro-interactions.

• Work on web applications and digital products when required.

• Research, create moodboards, and participate in concept development and brainstorming.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience designing websites and digital interfaces.

• Expert-level Figma skills, especially Auto Layout and export-ready files.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, flexible setup.

Bonus

• Experience with Framer and Shopify.

• Previous UI/UX or product design experience.

• Motion, interaction, or prototype animation skills.

• Fully remote. Flexible timings. High design standards.
