Hiring: Custom Wedding Designer & On-Site Lead

We are seeking a highly creative Wedding Designer to conceptualize bespoke event environments and oversee live setup execution. We focus strictly on custom, luxury aesthetics—no template-driven or mass-produced themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bespoke Backdrop & Stage Design: Craft original backdrop concepts using advanced photo manipulation, photo-editing tools, and custom visual techniques.

• AI & Digital Mockups: Utilize Canva, AI image generators, and digital design tools to build realistic 2D/3D client previews and mood boards.

• On-Site Setup Supervision: Oversee venue build-outs and manage production crews during setup to ensure final execution matches approved designs down to the smallest detail.

• Vendor Alignment: Partner directly with carpentry, floral, and lighting teams to translate design concepts into exact live setups.
  Requirements:

• Proven experience and portfolio in custom event, spatial, or set design with zero reliance on standard templates.

• Strong proficiency in Canva, photo editing software, and AI rendering tools.

• Exceptional eye for scale, lighting, materials, and finishing quality.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills under live setup deadlines.
