Most design students in India graduate without ever meeting a working designer outside their own faculty, wildly underexposed to the career they are about to walk into. Talent has never been the constraint here. Access to talent is the real bottleneck.
YDI has spent 6 years closing that gap from the outside with mentorships, an open design job board, industry meetups, and thousands of designers answering each other's questions at all hours. And now we are bringing the same energy to the grassroots, straight to your campus.
Small by Design
Every chapter is comprised of 6 students: two chapter heads who set the direction, four Core Team members who run the events, and an open intake of Coordinators who support them and learn the work.
